Meijer

Meijer is an American regional discount chain based in Walker, Michigan, United States. Meijer primarily operates as a chain of Hypermarkets, but also operate a small number of standalone gas stations and urban format locations. Meijer is credited with popularizing the Hypermarket concept in the United States, a phenomenon competing retailers such as Shopko, Bigg's, ALCO, Kmart, Target, and Walmart would experiment with.
